The new online courses feature CompuTaught’s standard online registration, administration and learning management support systems while combining real-time instruction with WebEx’s synchronous, interactive delivery, bringing a live classroom experience to the student’s personal computer. This addresses the missing link so many student’s desire for licensing education, LIVE Student Interaction with an instructor!

With all of the features of an onsite classroom and more, the courses feature a virtual classroom environment with 50-minute sessions w/breaks and 1 hour for lunch;
VOIP audio, video, screen and document sharing;
Chat and other interactive elements;
Instant access to required course materials, eBook (PDF) and textbook.
Incremental assessment exams are reviewed live by the instructors to ensure understanding.
Courses also include random individual student inquiries throughout the duration to verify student identity and engagement.
If allowed any final exams required will be delivered online in CompuTaught’s Showcase system. Students receive information on scheduling the proctored final exam for the course (if required).

These courses will give appraisers and real estate professionals’ easy access to education courses that are hard to find delivered in the in-class environment.

Our first offerings will be advanced Appraiser Qualifying and CE courses in high demand in the marketplace today. These live, online appraisal courses have gained both International Distance Education Certification Center (IDECC) and Appraiser Qualification Board (AQB) approval and will be delivered through Career WebSchool in accordance with individual state regulations.
